Planit Concepts is a Bay Area-based company that works with its clients to visualize their space and possibilities through floor plans and renders. They provide accessible virtual representations of areas that either exist or are in production. Their services help you conceptualize, list, or sell your space, flexing to whatever you need.

As a new business that started in 2020, when the founders approached me, they only had their services outlined. They need a whole identity developed and a website built. The primary icon is a blend of a 2D structure with a 3D perspective that illustrates their floor plan and rendered services. This concept was weaved through the rest of the look and feel on their website and materials.
